Over de klant: - Waternet zoekt een ervaren UX Consultant die het Team Online ondersteunt bij het herontwerp van de publieke website en de Mijn Waternet-omgeving. - De consultant werkt nauw samen met Product Owner Lotte van Egmond, interne developers, contentteams en stakeholders binnen de organisatie Eisen: • Minimaal 6-8 jaar ervaring als UX Designer, UX Consultant of UX Lead. • Aantoonbare ervaring met complexe publieke websites, portalen of klantomgevingen. • Ervaring met: o Service Design o Information Architecture o Interaction Design o Design Systems o Accessibility (WCAG) o Agile/Scrum omgevingen • Zeer ervaren met Figma. • Sterke stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden. • Ervaring met samenwerken in multidisciplinaire DevOps- of productteams. • Nederlandse taalvaardigheid op professioneel niveau Wensen: • Ervaring binnen overheid, publieke sector of nutsbedrijven. • Ervaring met selfservice-portalen en klantomgevingen. • Affiniteit met digitale dienstverlening aan burgers. • Ervaring binnen organisaties die in transitie zijn.
