Dit ga je doen Als UX Researcher zorg jij ervoor dat klantinzichten de basis vormen voor de ontwikkeling van onze digitale én fysieke klantbeleving. Je bent onderdeel van het Online Customer Experience team binnen E-commerce en werkt nauw samen met CRO-specialisten, UX Designers en de CX Specialist. Door kwalitatief gebruikersonderzoek te combineren met kwantitatieve data vertaal je klantbehoeften naar concrete verbeteringen voor onze webshop, app en andere klantcontactmomenten. Van het onderzoeken van nieuwe app-features tot het optimaliseren van de checkout: geen project is hetzelfde. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid om zelfstandig onderzoeken op te zetten, uit te voeren en de resultaten om te zetten in advies. Dankzij de korte lijnen binnen My Jewellery zie je de impact van jouw werk snel terug in de praktijk. Benieuwd met wie je straks samenwerkt? Meet the team!
