Via Brunel werk je aan uitdagende onderzoeksopdrachten binnen de Publieke Sector, waarbij jouw inzichten direct bijdragen aan betere, toegankelijkere en gebruiksvriendelijkere digitale diensten voor burgers, ondernemers, onderwijsinstellingen en andere maatschappelijke doelgroepen. Functieomschrijving Als UX Researcher ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig opzetten, uitvoeren en analyseren van kwalitatief en kwantitatief gebruikersonderzoek. Je werkt nauw samen met UX Designers, Product Owners, Developers, beleidsmedewerkers en andere stakeholders binnen multidisciplinaire Agile teams. Door diepgaand inzicht te verkrijgen in gebruikersgedrag, behoeften en knelpunten help je organisaties bij het ontwikkelen van digitale dienstverlening die écht aansluit op de eindgebruiker. Afhankelijk van je opdracht houd je je bezig met: - Opzetten en uitvoeren van kwalitatief en kwantitatief gebruikersonderzoek; - Uitvoeren van interviews, focusgroepen, usability tests en enquêteonderzoek; - Werven en begeleiden van respondenten en doelgroepen; - Opstellen van onderzoeksplannen, onderzoeksvragen en testscripts; - Uitvoeren van data-analyse en vertalen van onderzoeksresultaten naar concrete inzichten en aanbevelingen; - Ontwikkelen en visualiseren van klantreizen, persona's en gebruikersscenario's; - Presenteren van onderzoeksresultaten aan teams, management en stakeholders; - Faciliteren van workshops en sessies rondom Design Thinking en Human Centered Design; - Valideren van prototypes en concepten tijdens verschillende fasen van het ontwerpproces; - Bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van UX Research binnen de organisatie.
