Met miljoenen gebruikers is er iedere dag volop ruimte om de gebruikerservaring verder te verbeteren. Je komt terecht in een enthousiast en hecht team waarin serieus en geconcentreerd wordt gewerkt, maar waar zeker ook ruimte is voor ontspanning en een geintje. Zo staat er regelmatig een borrel op de planning en worden er binnen het UX-team regelmatig nieuwe snacks uitgebreid getest en beoordeeld. Je werkt vanuit een schitterend kantoor op een toplocatie in 's-Hertogenbosch, direct achter het station. Functie Als UI/UX Designer ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen van nieuwe projecten, functionaliteiten en redesigns. Je vertaalt de wensen van Product Owners en stakeholders naar concrete, creatieve en gebruiksvriendelijke oplossingen. Daarbij verplaats je je moeiteloos in de gebruiker en zorg je voor een consistente en intuïtieve gebruikerservaring. Je onderzoekt de behoeften van gebruikers, bedenkt doelgerichte oplossingen en speelt een actieve rol bij het opzetten en uitvoeren van user testing. Samen met je directe collega's bepaal je de structuur van diverse responsive webpagina's en apps. Daarnaast bewaak je de kwaliteit en consistentie van het designwerk door ontwerpen te controleren voordat deze met stakeholders worden gedeeld. Je werkt intensief samen met Development, Product Owners, Software Testers en de directie. Tijdens meetings presenteer je jouw ideeën op overtuigende wijze en weet je collega's en stakeholders enthousiast te maken voor jouw concepten. Zo draag je dagelijks bij aan een optimale lay-out en een naadloze gebruikerservaring.
