Wij ontwerpen en bouwen webshops en digitale platforms voor uiteenlopende e-commerce klanten. We groeien, en met die groei ontstaat de behoefte aan een dedicated designer rol. Je wordt onze eerste UX/UI Designer, met de kans om dat vakgebied vanaf de start vorm te geven. Je werkt nauw samen met onze development teams om end-to-end gebruikerservaringen te realiseren binnen complexe customer journeys, waarbij je zakelijke en klantbehoeften vertaalt naar impactvolle, schaalbare design oplossingen. Door strategie, creativiteit en evidence-based design te combineren, bepaal je mee welke kant een webshop of platform op gaat, zet je nieuwe design systemen op en verbeter je bestaande, en til je de kwaliteit van de gebruikerservaring naar een hoger niveau. Jouw ontwerpen worden geïmplementeerd op e-commerce platforms zoals Magento (Hyvä), Shopify en Intershop, en jij zorgt ervoor dat de beoogde gebruikerservaring ook daadwerkelijk wordt geleverd. Wat je gaat doen - Je bent eigenaar van complexe gebruikersproblemen en lost deze op, en je stuurt designbeslissingen die de productstrategie en roadmap beïnvloeden - Je vertaalt bedrijfsdoelstellingen, klantbehoeften en gebruikersinzichten naar klantgerichte oplossingen en nieuwe initiatieven met meetbare impact - Je creëert hoogwaardige ontwerpen die aansluiten bij merk- en designprincipes, en werkt zelfstandig met minimale begeleiding - Je werkt nauw samen met development teams en begeleidt hen bij ontwerpen, design systemen en verwachte resultaten - Je reviewt en test het werk van development teams en geeft hier feedback op, zodat ontwerpen worden geïmplementeerd zoals bedoeld - Je visualiseert complexe user flows en vereenvoudigt ervaringen binnen producten, diensten en customer journeys - Je fac...
