We zijn actief in de wereld van verlichting en combineren ontwikkeling, productie en advies. We helpen projectleiders, studiebureaus, installateurs en bouwheren om hun projecten tot leven te brengen met kwalitatieve en doordachte verlichting. Om onze groei verder te ondersteunen, zoeken we een Business Developer voor Vlaanderen. Een commerciële doener met een neus voor opportuniteiten, die graag onderweg is, nieuwe klanten aanspreekt en relaties opbouwt die blijven duren. Wij zoeken geen perfect cv. Wij zoeken karakter. Je bent iemand die kansen niet afwacht, maar ze creëert. Je ziet mogelijkheden waar anderen ze missen en durft op deuren te kloppen die niet vanzelf opengaan.

Als Business Developer ga je actief op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten binnen de studiebureaus, installatie- en bouwsector in Vlaanderen. Je legt contact met projectleiders, bedrijfsleiders en andere beslissingsnemers die vandaag nog geen samenwerking met ons hebben. Je bouwt deze eerste contacten uit tot duurzame relaties en nieuwe klanten. Zodra de samenwerking is opgestart, neemt de accountmanager de verdere opvolging voor zijn of haar rekening.

Je bent er bovendien vroeg bij. Je weet projecten te ontdekken nog vóór ze op de markt komen en weet op het juiste moment de juiste mensen te bereiken.

Je verkoopt geen product uit een catalogus. Je verkoopt een visie, expertise en manier van samenwerken. Kwaliteit, service en persoonlijk contact vormen daarbij de basis voor een duurzame samenwerking. Je weet klanten te overtuigen door te luisteren, mee te denken en oplossingen aan te reiken die écht waarde toevoegen.

Je creëert kansen voor jezelf én voor het hele team. Je brengt onze showroom, expertise en eigen producten onder de aandacht bij nieuwe contacten en houdt voortdurend de markt in beweging. Je weet waar interessante projecten ontstaan, wie de beslissingsnemers zijn en hoe je deuren opent die vandaag nog gesloten zijn.

  1. We zoeken iemand die: Een sterke affiniteit heeft met verlichting en techniek en vlot met mensen communiceert. Ongeveer 5 jaar commerciële ervaring heeft. Resultaatgericht werkt, zonder een klassieke “harde verkoper” te zijn. Zelf actief op zoek gaat naar nieuwe klanten en opportuniteiten. Relaties opbouwt vanuit vertrouwen, kennis en een langetermijnvisie. Energie krijgt van prospectiebezoeken, netwerken en het leggen van nieuwe contacten. Proactief is en een echte hands-on mentaliteit heeft. Zelfstandig kan werken en ownership neemt over zijn of haar projecten. Beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
