Wij zijn een gespecialiseerd Nepalees restaurant dat authentieke gerechten serveert uit de rijke keukens van Nepal, met een focus op zowel traditionele als Newari specialiteiten. Ter versterking van ons keukenteam zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Hulpkok met affiniteit en ervaring in de Nepalese én Newari keuken.

Wat ga je doen?

· • Assisteren van de chef-kok bij het bereiden van Nepalese en Newari gerechten

· • Voorbereiden van ingrediënten en mise-en-place

· • Onderhouden van de werkplek en zorgen voor orde en netheid

· • Meewerken aan kwaliteit en presentatie van de gerechten

· • Toepassen van de hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften (HACCP)

· • Enige ervaring in de horeca of als keukenassistent (ervaring met Nepali/Newari keuken is een pré)

· • Kennis van Nepalese en Newari gerechten (zoals momo, sel roti, choila, bara, etc.)

· • Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en teamgeest

· • Flexibiliteit en bereidheid om te leren

· • Beheersing van de Nepali taal is gewenst; basis Engels of Nederlands is een pluspunt
