Voor de versterking van ons team zijn we op zoek naar een stedenbouwkundige zowel op B-niveau als op A-niveau. Afhankelijk van je opleiding, kennis en ervaring bekijken we welk profiel het beste bij jou past.

Jouw uitdaging

Als stedenbouwkundige ben jij de spil in het ruimtelijk beleid van onze gemeente. Je zorgt ervoor dat omgevingsdossiers inhoudelijk correct en juridisch onderbouwd zijn. Concreet betekent dit:

  • Dossierbeheer: Je analyseert en beoordeelt omgevingsvergunningsaanvragen, afwijkingsprocedures en stedenbouwkundige attesten.
  • Adviesverlening: Je geeft advies aan ontwerpers, bouwheren en interne diensten en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie met burgers.
  • Beleidsvoorbereiding: Je werkt mee aan de opmaak van stedenbouwkundige verordeningen en ruimtelijke uitvoeringsplannen.
  • Communicatie: Je organiseert vooroverleg bij grotere projecten en beantwoordt vragen van burgers en collega's.
  • Ondersteuning: Je ondersteunt de dienst omgeving waar nodig en bent back-up als secretaris van de gemeentelijke commissie voor ruimtelijke ordening (GECORO).
  • Wetgeving: Je blijft op de hoogte van de nieuwste wet- en regelgeving en past deze toe in je dagelijkse werk.

Jouw profiel

- B-profiel – enthousiaste starter met interesse in ruimtelijke ordening

Voor het B-profiel zoeken we iemand die vooral interesse heeft in ruimtelijke ordening, graag wil bijleren en gemotiveerd is om zich verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied.

Je hoeft nog geen uitgebreide ervaring te hebben. We vinden het vooral belangrijk dat je:

  • minstens over een bachelor diploma beschikt;
  • interesse hebt in ruimtelijke ordening en de werking van een lokaal bestuur;
  • leergierig en gemotiveerd bent;
  • nauwkeurig en zelfstandig kunt werken;
  • vlot communiceert met collega’s, inwoners en andere betrokkenen;
  • graag samenwerkt en je goed kunt integreren in een team.

We verwachten van een B-profiel vooral een sterke motivatie en de bereidheid om de nodige kennis en ervaring verder op te bouwen.

- A-profiel – ervaren professional met relevante kennis

Voor het A-profiel zijn we op zoek naar iemand die al over voldoende inhoudelijke kennis en relevante ervaring beschikt om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan binnen het domein van ruimtelijke ordening.

Een achtergrond binnen een ander lokaal bestuur is een pluspunt. We verwachten dat je:

  • beschikt over een master diploma ofwel een diploma van het universitair onderwijs of een diploma van hoger onderwijs van twee cycli dat gelijkgestemd werd met universitair onderwijs.
  • beschikt over een goede kennis van ruimtelijke ordening en de relevante regelgeving;
  • relevante werkervaring hebt binnen het domein (minstens 2 jaar);
  • dossiers zelfstandig kunt behandelen en opvolgen;
  • advies kunt formuleren en complexe situaties kunt analyseren;
  • vlot samenwerkt met collega’s, inwoners, ontwerpers, architecten en andere betrokken partijen;
  • net als bij het B-profiel, een goede aanvulling bent op ons team.
