Het keukenteam verzorgt dagelijks alle maaltijden voor de bewoners van het woonzorgcentrum Residentie Van Horick en de middagmaaltijden in het lokaal dienstencentrum De Spil.

Om ons keukenteam te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde collega die mee zorgt voor lekkere, verzorgde en kwaliteitsvolle maaltijden. We organiseren een vergelijkend aanwervingsexamen met aanleg van een wervingsreserve voor 1 jaar die maximum tot 3 jaar verlengd kan worden voor de functie van technisch beambte keuken (E1-E3).

Jouw taken:

Als medewerker van ons keukenteam zorg je mee voor een vlotte werking van de keuken. Je taken zijn onder andere:

  • boterhammen smeren binnen de voorziene tijd;
  • werkbladen en keukengerei klaarzetten;
  • groenten en fruit wassen en snijden;
  • vlees en vis voorbereiden, zoals schoonmaken, snijden en koken;
  • gerechten afwerken en aantrekkelijk presenteren;
  • je werkpost en keukengerei onderhouden en schoonmaken;
  • helpen bij het opdienen en bedelen van maaltijden;
  • mee instaan voor orde, netheid en onderhoud van de keuken;
  • de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften naleven;
  • duurzaam en bewust omgaan met producten.

Je bent iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en oog heeft voor kwaliteit. Daarnaast:

  • heb je kennis van de wettelijke verplichtingen rond HACCP;
  • ben je stressbestendig en resultaatgericht;
  • ben je klantvriendelijk en werk je graag in team;
  • stel je je flexibel op;
  • ga je open en respectvol om met diversiteit;
  • kan je goed plannen en werk je nauwkeurig;
  • heb je een verzorgd voorkomen;
  • volg je regels en afspraken correct op;
  • heb je een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
