Heb je goesting om vakgroepen, lerarenteams, … te ondersteunen bij het verbinden van visie, beleid en praktijk door de vertaling van leerplannen en innovaties naar de concrete klasvloer mee te helpen realiseren? De pedagogische begeleidingsdienst van Katholiek Onderwijs Vlaanderen zoekt een gedreven collega om aan de slag te gaan als pedagogisch begeleider Moderne vreemde talen - werkingsgebied Limburg.

Je opdracht

Tot jouw opdracht behoort…

Op inhoudelijk vlak:

  • Vakgroepen MVT (Frans en/of Engels en/of Duits) ondersteunen o.m. bij de implementatie van de (nieuwe) leerplannen met bijhorende pedagogisch-didactische aanpak;
  • Het begeleiden van een vakgroep bij het opstellen van afgestemde leerlijnen over de graden heen;
  • Scholen ondersteunen bij het realiseren van sterk, samenhangend en inclusief onderwijs.

Op didactisch vlak:

  • Lerarenteams onderwijsinnovaties aanreiken bv. vernieuwende didactische werkvormen;
  • Schoolteams ondersteunen rond effectieve didactiek en sterk klasmanagement voor de realisatie van leerplandoelen;
  • Scholen en vakgroepen ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding en opvolging van een doorlichting.

Op procesmatig vlak:

  • Vakgroepen ondersteunen in kwaliteitsvolle professionele samenwerking;
  • Netwerken (regionaal of Vlaanderenbreed) voor betrokken leraren ondersteunen en/of faciliteren;
  • Schoolteams ondersteunen bij het uitwerken van een kwaliteitsvol beleid.

Wil je de dienstverlening aan onze scholen mee waarmaken en deel uitmaken van ons team, dan verwachten wij dat je:

  • Ruime onderwijservaring hebt op pedagogisch en didactisch vlak binnen het domein MVT (Frans en/of Engels en/of Duits);
  • Bereid bent je te verdiepen in de betrokken leerplannen;
  • Inzichten en vaardigheden hebt om in een team complementair samen te werken;
  • Inzicht en vaardigheden hebt om het leren van volwassenen te ondersteunen en te stimuleren;
  • Strategieën kan toepassen om weerstanden in teams te kunnen hanteren;
  • Methodieken kan hanteren om veranderingsprocessen te faciliteren;
  • Reflecteert over je eigen professioneel handelen en van daaruit kansen ziet om je verder te professionaliseren;
  • Je verbindt tot permanente professionalisering in het kader van de begeleidingsopdracht;
  • Kennis hebt van het brede onderwijsveld;
  • Beschikt over de nodige (ped)agogische, communicatieve en ICT-vaardigheden;
  • Bereid bent flexibel om te gaan met werktijden;
  • Loyaal de missie, visie en krachtlijnen van Katholiek Onderwijs Vlaanderen onderschrijft;
  • Scholen ondersteunt bij de realisatie van hun christelijk geïnspireerd opvoedingsproject.
