Vakantiekracht pedagogisch professional Een 0-uren contract (flex), afhankelijk van jouw wensen en mogelijkheden. Dit kan flexibel binnen heel HOPPAS. Wat ga je doen? Ben jij op zoek naar een leuke, afwisselende vakantiebaan waar geen dag hetzelfde is? En wil je werken met kinderen, lachen, spelen én iets betekenen? Dan hebben wij dé job voor jou! Bij HOPPAS Kinderopvang is elke dag anders: - De ene dag organiseer je een gaaf activiteitenprogramma voor BSO-kinderen. - De volgende dag ga je nieuwe plekken ontdekken in de buurt. - Om vervolgens je dag af te sluiten door pizza's te bakken met elkaar. Wat je ook doet: jij zorgt ervoor dat kinderen zich veilig voelen, plezier hebben en zich kunnen ontwikkelen. En dat doe je samen met een gezellig team! Wat wij vragen? Om op deze manier te kunnen werken, zijn er competenties vereist. Deze competenties zijn: - empathisch vermogen, zodat je een goede band op kunt bouwen met de kinderen, - een open blik zodat je goed kunt samenwerken - een betrokken houding, zodat we samen aan iets moois kunnen werken. - flexibel en krijgt energie van het werken op verschillende groepen en locaties. Als je ook nog eens over een dosis humor en talenten beschikt, nodigen wij je zeker uit om te solliciteren! Uiteraard is het diploma pedagogisch professional passend, maar ook bijvoorbeeld sport & bewegen, travel & hospitality, cultureel werk, recreatie of diverse zorgopleidingen.
