Onze cliënten hebben behoefte aan warme, persoonsgerichte zorg en hebben ieder hun eigen, diverse zorgvraag. We kijken per dag wat een cliënt nodig heeft en sluiten daar zo goed mogelijk op aan. In hetzelfde gebouw bevinden zich nog vier andere woningen en een dagbesteding. Jouw baan als Weekend- / vakantiekracht Je staat altijd samen met een andere collega. Jij helpt mee met de cliënten in en uit bed halen en met het eten. Ook help je met ontbijt maken en koken in de avond. Door de week werk je van van 7.00 tot 10.00 uur en/of van 16.30 tot 21.00 uur. in het weekend van 8.00 tot 14.00 uur en/of van 16.00 uur tot 21.00 uur. Dit is natuurlijk heel goed te combineren met een opleiding. Jouw profiel - Jij bent een zorgzaam type. Je hebt geduld en kan goed samenwerken. - Je volgt een zorgopleiding. - Je bent minimaal 17 jaar en op zoek naar een leuke én leerzame bijbaan. Wat krijg je van ons - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.337 - € 3.212 op basis van 36 uur, volgens de cao Gehandicaptenzorg (FWG 25) - Direct een vaste aanstelling, met contracturen in overleg - Ruime mogelijkheden voor scholing en ontwikkeling - Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, 8% vakantietoeslag en pensioen via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn - 144 vakantie-uren en 57 balansverlofuren per jaar bij een 36-urige werkweek - Reiskostenvergoeding - Fiscaal voordeel tot € 750 per jaar, bijvoorbeeld voor een fiets, telefoon, laptop of sportabonnement Informatie Je werkt bij Ipse de Bruggen vaak met kwe...
