Met diensten van 3,5 tot 8 uur in de avonden, weekenden en schoolvakanties combineer je jouw studie eenvoudig met waardevol werk in de gehandicaptenzorg. Je draait mee binnen een van onze woningen, ondersteunt begeleiders en draagt bij aan een fijne en voorspelbare dag voor de cliënten, waarbij je veel praktijkervaring opdoet. Wat ga je doen als weekend- of vakantiekracht? - Ondersteunen bij maaltijden en eetmomenten - Helpen bij ADL-werkzaamheden, zoals wassen, aankleden of douchen - Contact maken en inspelen op non-verbale signalen - Meedoen aan belevingsgerichte activiteiten zoals wandelen, muziek luisteren of samen ontspannen - Bieden van individuele begeleiding wanneer dat nodig is - Ondersteunen bij lichte huishoudelijke werkzaamheden - Zorgen voor rust, structuur en een prettige sfeer op de woning Wat je van ons krijgt - Bruto maandsalaris van € 2.337- € 3.212 op basis van 36 uur, volgens de cao Gehandicaptenzorg (FWG 25) - Direct een vaste aanstelling, met contracturen in overleg (al vanaf 1 uur per week) - Ruime mogelijkheden voor scholing en ontwikkeling - Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% - 8% vakantietoeslag en pensioen via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn - 144 vakantie-uren en 57 balansverlofuren per jaar bij een 36-urige werkweek - Reiskostenvergoeding - Fiscaal voordeel tot € 750 per jaar voor bijvoorbeeld een fiets, telefoon, laptop of sportabonnement Flexibele bijbaan in de zorg: doe waardevolle ervaring op!
