Kom dan werken als medewerker Kaartcontrole bij het Dolfinarium. Tijdens de gezelligste dagen bij het Dolfinarium (de weekenden, vakanties en op feestdagen) kunnen we je hulp goed gebruiken! Vanzelfsprekend werk je dan met een team om de bezoekers te verwelkomen, hun eerste vragen te beantwoorden en ze een fijne dag op het Dolfinarium te wensen. Als medewerker Kaartcontrole maak je deel uit van het Front Office-team. Jij bent het eerste gezicht dat onze gast ziet en zet daarmee de eerste stap naar een fantastisch dagje uit voor onze bezoekers! Je controleert de toegangsbewijzen en legt de tijdenschema's uit bij de bezoekers. Scannen de tickets niet, bijvoorbeeld omdat ze niet geldig zijn? Dan kun je de bezoekers doorverwijzen naar de receptie, zodat zij verder geholpen kunnen worden en jij weer verder kunt met het verwelkomen van de andere bezoekers. Wat ga je doen? - Je hebt contact met de gast. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de gasten met een tevreden gevoel het park betreden; - Je controleert of er geen objecten het park op gaan die niet zijn toegestaan, zoals stepjes of ballonnen; - Wanneer bezoekers geen of niet-werkende tickets hebben, verwijs je hen door naar de receptie om verder geholpen te worden; - Je geeft de bezoekers een plattegrondje mee met een korte uitleg over het tijdenschema. - Je spreekt Nederlands en kunt in de basis communiceren in Engels; - Je bent gastvrij en representatief; - Bij drukte weet je bezoekers te helpen met een juiste balans tussen snelheid en gastvrijheid; - Je werkt nauwkeurig; - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar; - Regelmatig uitslapen, de meeste diensten beginnen om 09:45 uur; - Flexibele werktijden en -dagen (in de vakanties zijn er veel diensten die opgevuld kunnen worden); - Naast ervaring opdoen bij de kaart...
