In Arnhem houd jij als vakbekwaam hovenier onderhoud kleine tuinen én grote groenprojecten netjes en gezond. Je wisselt precies handwerk af met machinaal onderhoud en krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig kwaliteit te leveren. Zo zie je iedere dag direct resultaat van je werk. Funtieomschrijving Je werkt bij een professioneel groenbedrijf met verschillende onderhoudsprojecten in Arnhem en omgeving. Samen met een klein team verzorg je zowel fijn tuinonderhoud als grotere groene buitenruimtes. Je werkt met een modern machinepark en krijgt verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van je werk. Functie-eisen Ervaring als hovenier of met vergelijkbaar groenonderhoud; Je werkt nauwkeurig en pakt werkzaamheden zelfstandig op; In het bezit van rijbewijs B; Je spreekt voldoende Nederlands om veilig met collega’s en klanten te overleggen; Een VCA-certificaat en certificaat veilig werken met de bosmaaier, of de bereidheid deze via Proflex te behalen. Wij bieden €3.100 tot €3.700 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; Een werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur; Uitzicht op een vast contract bij goed functioneren; 25 verlofdagen bij een fulltime dienstverband en 8% vakantiegeld; Pensioenopbouw vanaf je eerste werkdag; Reiskostenvergoeding en overige voorwaarden volgens de geldende cao; Jaarrond werk en mogelijkheden om binnen het hoveniersvak door te groeien; Een betaalde VCA- of bosmaaiercursus wanneer je die nog nodig hebt. Over Proflex Snoeien van heesters, struiken en bomen; Knippen van hagen en verzorgen van beplanting; Verwijderen van onkruid en netjes houden van plantvakken; Maaien en uitvoeren van ander grootschalig groenonderhoud; Werken met handgereedschap en professionele onderhoudsmachines; Controleren wat het groen nodig heeft en zelfstandig actie ondernemen.
