Als Senior Allround Vakman bij Portaal in Leiden ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig plannen en uitvoeren van onderhouds- en herstelwerkzaamheden in mutatiewoningen. Je beheerst minimaal twee vakdisciplines volledig en werkt aan de meer complexe onderhoudsvraagstukken en grotere mutatieprojecten. Je organiseert je eigen werkzaamheden, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen de afgesproken planning en het beschikbare budget worden uitgevoerd. Dankzij jouw vakmanschap lever je kwalitatief goed werk af en zorg je ervoor dat woningen snel en professioneel verhuurklaar worden gemaakt. Naast je eigen werkzaamheden heb je een coachende rol richting collega's en medewerkers van onze comakers die werkzaam zijn op jouw project. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van het werk, spreekt vakmannen aan wanneer nodig en ondersteunt hen bij het behalen van de afgesproken resultaten. Je signaleert bijzonderheden en stemt deze af met de betrokken collega's. Je hebt regelmatig contact met bewoners en andere betrokkenen. Daarbij stel je je representatief, servicegericht en klantvriendelijk op. Natuurlijk werk je altijd volgens de geldende veiligheidsrichtlijnen. Aan het einde van de werkdag/-week zorg je ervoor dat de administratie op orde is en dat je servicewagen weer wordt aangevuld, zodat je niet misgrijpt en aan het werk kunt blijven.
