Ben jij een echte aanpakker met passie voor grond-, weg- en waterbouw? Werk je graag buiten, houd je van afwisseling en wil je bijdragen aan projecten die zichtbaar resultaat opleveren? Dan is deze functie als Vakman GWW iets voor jou. Als Vakman GWW werk je aan uiteenlopende infrastructurele projecten in jouw regio. Samen met een hecht team werk je aan werkzaamheden van gevel tot gevel, zoals de aanleg en het onderhoud van wegen, bestrating, grondkeringen en rioolconstructies. Ook werkzaamheden rondom asfaltonderhoud kunnen onderdeel zijn van jouw projecten. Geen dag is hetzelfde en er is altijd een project dat aansluit bij jouw kennis en ervaring. Wat ga je doen? - Uitvoeren van werkzaamheden binnen de grond-, weg- en waterbouw. - Aanleggen en onderhouden van wegen, bestrating, rioleringen en andere infrastructurele voorzieningen. - Uitvoeren van een Last Minute Risico Analyse (LMRA) en zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving. - Controleren van materieel en zorgen dat de werkplek goed is ingericht. - Afstemmen van werkzaamheden met collega's en andere betrokkenen op het project. - Zorgvuldig afronden van werkzaamheden en netjes achterlaten van de werkomgeving. Je werkt zelfstandig of samen met collega's in een projectteam. Afhankelijk van het project werk je met een team van verschillende vakmensen, zoals grondwerkers, rioleurs en stratenmakers. Doordat je vaak met dezelfde collega's samenwerkt, bouw je een sterke samenwerking op en raak je goed op elkaar ingespeeld. Vakmanschap, samenwerking en plezier in het werk staan centraal. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team waarin collega's elkaar helpen, kennis delen en samen zorgen voor een mooi eindresultaat.
