Als Vakman GWW bij Van Gelder werk jij aan projecten in je eigen omgeving, straten en wijken die dagelijks gebruikt worden door jouw buurtbewoners, vrienden en familie. Gewoon werk om met trots op terug te kijken! Wat ga je doen? Bij Van Gelder werken we regionaal. Dat betekent dat we op basis van jouw interesses, competenties, vaardigheden én woonplaats kijken waar je het beste aan de slag kunt. Geen overdreven lange reistijden dus. Jij werkt aan GWW-projecten in het gebied van Apeldoorn tot Zwolle (de Veluwe). Met jouw team werk je aan allerlei werkzaamheden van gevel tot gevel. Zo leg jij wegen, bestrating, grondkeringen en rioolconstructies, waaronder persleidingen, aan. Maar je werkt ook aan het asfaltonderhoud van jouw gemeente. Er is altijd wel een project dat bij jou past. Een greep uit jouw takenpakket: - Voordat je begint, voer je een Last Minute Risico Analyse (LMRA) uit, controleer je of het materieel in orde is en zorg je dat de werkomgeving veilig is afgezet. - Terwijl je met je eigen werkzaamheden bezig bent, stem je ook het werk af met collega's die op dezelfde locatie aan de slag zijn. - Dan zorg je dat alles netjes wordt achtergelaten. Wel zo fijn voor de omwonenden! Eén team, meerdere taken Jij maakt het werk van A tot Z, maar het is ook mogelijk om je te specialiseren in een bepaald soort werk. Je bent zelfstandig of met collega's aan het werk. In heel regio Oost Werken circa 100 collega's, waarvan 40 vakmensen, zoals stratenmakers, rioleurs en grondwerkers. Hoe jouw team eruitziet, hangt af van de grootte van het project, maar varieert tussen de 5 en 10 collega's.
