VAKMAN GWW / MEDEWERKER SERVICETEAM Je werkt het liefst buiten en bent graag op en rond het water te vinden! 32-40 Bewaak het onderhoud van de Nederlandse vaarwegen en oevers Hou jij van buiten werken en afwisseling? In deze functie vaar jij het ene moment met de serviceboot op het water om schades te inspecteren en registeren, die later door onze schepen worden gerepareerd. Het andere moment rijd je met de servicewagen langs het water een inspectieronde en voer je de kleine reparaties zelf uit. Waar ga je werken? Voor ons project bewaken we het onderhoud aan de Nederrijn, Lek, IJsseldelta en Twentekanalen. Dit perceel bestaat in totaal uit ca. 250 km rivier en 87 km kanaal. 49 vaste bruggen, negen sluis-/stuwcomplexen, één gemaal en aflaatwerk en twee regelwerken! De werkzaamheden De werkzaamheden die wij onderhoud aan de vaarwegen zijn o.a.: - Vaargeulonderhoud (baggeren); - Oeveronderhoud; - Groenonderhoud langs de kanalen; - Onderhoud aan verhardingen; - of het onderhoud aan aanlegvoorzieningen op de complexen en in overnachtingshavens. Kleine reparatie die jij zelf uitvoert zijn: scheepvaartborden vastzetten, hekwerk repareren, gaten dichten, straatwerk herstellen en voer je kleinschalig onderhoud uit zoals steigers schoonmaken en schrikhek vrij maaien. Met wie werk je? Dit gebied wordt geïnspecteerd en onderhouden door een aantal serviceteams waarvan jij onderdeel uitmaakt. Doorgaans inspecteer je deze werkzaamheden samen met een collega, maar soms ook alleen. Samen starten? Dat kan ook. Het is mogelijk om je als tweetal aan te melden. Na de inwerkperiode kunnen jullie samen op pad. Jouw werk is belangrijk! Met dit werk help je Nederland te beschermen tegen het water en klimaatveranderingen zoals extreme waterafvoer en droogte.
