Voor allerlei voorkomende bouwkundige aanpassingen binnen de sociale woningbouw zoeken wij een ervaren allround vakman, ben jij dit? Of ken jij iemand wie deze functie op het lijf geschreven is? Laat het ons weten! Je gaat onderdeel uitmaken van een familiebedrijf en een team van gemotiveerde bouwkundige vakmensen. Heb je een achtergrond als metselaar of tegelzetter, dan word je voornamelijk ingezet binnen herstelwerk op het gebied van metsel-, tegel- en stukadoorswerkzaamheden. Achtergrond als timmerman? Dan is er genoeg aan timmer- en montagewerk te verrichten. Alles binnen een straal van 15 km rondom Hengelo (OV). Wat je van ons mag verwachten: - Marktconform salaris: We bieden een salaris dat in lijn is met de geldende normen binnen de Bouw Cao. Dit salaris is afhankelijk van je ervaring en opleidingsniveau, variërend tussen €3.250-, / €3.800,- bruto per maand. - Ruime verlofdagen: We begrijpen het belang van voldoende rust en vrije tijd. Daarom bieden we 25 vakantiedagen en maar liefst 20 ATV (arbeidstijdverkorting) dagen aan. - Seniorendagen: Als dit van toepassing is, stellen we seniorendagen ter beschikking om tegemoet te komen aan je langere dienstjaren. - Vakantiegeld: Je ontvangt 8% vakantiegeld, zodat je tijdens je vakantieperiodes zonder financiële zorgen kunt genieten. - Pensioenregeling: We zorgen ervoor dat je kunt deelnemen aan de pensioenregeling van BPF Bouw, zodat je ook voor de toekomst goed bent voorbereid. - Baangarantie: Als de samenwerking van beide kanten goed bevalt, bieden we je de zekerheid van een blijvende baan.
