- Vakman Sanitaire Technieken Maasstad Ziekenhuis zoekt een Vakman Sanitaire Technieken Aan de slag als Vakman Sanitaire Techniek Wij zijn op zoek naar een dienstverlenende, enthousiaste en klantgerichte collega die ons team komt versterken. Als vakman sanitaire techniek bij de Technische Dienst, werk je mee aan het onderhoud en beheer op de verschillende locaties aan het vastgoed van het ziekenhuis op jouw vakgebied. Je taken zijn divers en bestaan zowel uit de aan jou toegewezen onderhoudstaken maar soms ook ook het begeleiden van en samenwerken met specialistische bedrijven. Je pleegt hierbij onderhoud en verhelpt storingen aan alle all sanitaire installaties, drink- en warmtapwaterinstallaties en rioleringssystemen. Je werkt hierbij in het gehele ziekenhuis, van verpleegafdeling tot kantoortoren en in het OK-complex. Maar ook de eerste lijn storingsopvolging, met storingen buiten jouw vakgebied, volgens een rooster behoort tot jouw taken. Je werkt op dagelijkse basis samen met jouw directe collega's in de vakgroep werktuigkunde, maar ook het werken in teamverband met bouwkunde komt voor. Je wordt op dagelijkse basis aangestuurd door het vakgroephoofd werktuigkunde. Onze afdeling Technische Dienst De Technische Dienst valt binnen de eenheid Vastgoed en Duurzame Ontwikkeling en is een 24-7 beheerorganisatie waarbij de focus ligt op de bedrijfscontinuïteit, het borgen en verankeren van korte- en lange termijn onderhoud en beheer, het opleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers en het vergroten van het partnership met de zorgafdelingen. Met ongeveer 25 collega's is de Technische Dienst verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal en veilig laten functioneren van alle gebouw gebonden installaties op de vakgebieden bouwkunde, elektrotechniek en werktuigkunde.
