Allround vakman/ -vrouw Dagelijks Onderhoud 36 uur Solliciteer Met jouw werk zorg je dat bewoners in Amsterdam kunnen rekenen op een veilige, goed onderhouden woning en snelle hulp bij reparaties. Bij Eigen Haard zorgen we samen voor buurten waar mensen zich thuis voelen. Meer dan 100.000 bewoners hebben bij ons een thuis gevonden. Daar draag jij iedere dag aan bij door onderhoudswerk uit te voeren en bewoners goed te helpen. Je krijgt de ruimte om goed werk te leveren én jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen. Met flexibele werktijden, een persoonlijk opleidingsbudget en een bedrijfsbus met alles wat je nodig hebt om je werk vakkundig uit te voeren. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's die voor elkaar klaarstaan en samen zorgen voor tevreden huurders. Word jij blij van afwisselend onderhoudswerk én tevreden bewoners? En vind je het prettig om zelfstandig op pad te gaan en echt iets voor huurders te betekenen? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou als onze nieuwe: Allround vakman/ -vrouw Dagelijks Onderhoud Amsterdam| 36 uur per week Dit is jouw baan Je bent hét gezicht van Eigen Haard aan de deur. Met jouw technische vaardigheden houd je woningen, garages en bedrijfsruimtes in goede conditie. Bewoners kunnen rekenen op jouw vakkennis, nette uitvoering en vriendelijke service. Je voert kleine reparaties en onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit. Denk aan loodgieterswerk, timmerwerk, licht schilderwerk, tegel- en sanitairherstel en klein elektrawerk. Je werkt planmatig. Gemiddeld besteed je ongeveer 30 minuten per klus. Daarbij houd je altijd aandacht voor de huurder en een nette oplevering. Je zorgt voor tevreden bewoners door duidelijk te communiceren, netjes te werken en de werkplek opgeruimd achter te laten. Je signaleert wat bewoners nodig hebben, zowel technisch als sociaal, en speelt hierop in. Ook stem je werkzaamheden af met huurders, externe partijen en de opzichter.
