Ben jij een ervaren vakmens en zoek je een nieuwe uitdaging in regio Duiven, Doetinchem, Arnhem, Nijmegen of Veenendaal? Bij De Variabele hebben we een mooie vacature voor vaklieden in het vastgoedonderhoud. Of je nu schilder, timmerman, loodgieter of allround onderhoudsmonteur bent - bij ons werk je dagelijks aan het verbeteren van (sociale) huurwoningen en maak je bewoners blij met jouw vakmanschap. Functie - Jij voert zelfstandig verschillende onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit, denk aan schilderwerk, timmerwerk, tegelwerk, loodgietersklussen of klein installatiewerk. - Je komt bij bewoners thuis en bent hét visitekaartje van De Variabele. - Je lost storingen en reparaties vakkundig en klantvriendelijk op. - Je denkt mee met bewoners en collega's over de beste oplossingen. Functie-eisen - Je hebt ervaring als vakmens (bijvoorbeeld als timmerman, schilder, loodgieter of allround onderhoudsmonteur). - Je hebt technisch inzicht en werkt netjes en oplossingsgericht. - Je vindt het leuk om contact te hebben met bewoners en gaat respectvol met hen om. - Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken, maar ook samenwerken binnen een team. - In het bezit van rijbewijs B.
