Als vakspecialist beheer openbare ruimte bij een gemeente in omgeving Nijmegen in draai jij aan de knoppen en lever je samen met collega's zichtbaar resultaat. Wat ga je doen als vakspecialist beheer openbare ruimte? Als vakspecialist zorg je ervoor dat de openbare ruimte goed wordt beheerd en onderhouden. Van wegen en verhardingen tot straatmeubilair en openbare verlichting. Je houdt overzicht, signaleert verbeterkansen en zorgt ervoor dat plannen worden omgezet in concrete acties. Je stelt beheerplannen op en actualiseert deze in samenwerking met verschillende collega's, verzorgt het aanbesteden, verstrekken en bewaken van werkzaamheden en beheert onderhoudscontracten. Daarnaast ebn je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt binnen verschillende projecten. Daarbij leer je hoe technische kennis, samenwerking en maatschappelijke belangen samenkomen binnen het beheer van de openbare ruimte. Concreet houd je je bezig met: - Het plannen en coördineren van onderhoud aan wegen, verhardingen, straatmeubilair, openbare verlichting en andere onderdelen van de openbare ruimte - Het opstellen, actualiseren en uitvoeren van beheerplannen, samen met collega's en andere betrokken partijen - Het voorbereiden, aanbesteden en begeleiden van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en het bewaken van lopende onderhoudscontracten - Het behandelen van meldingen en klachten over de openbare ruimte en het adviseren bij ruimtelijke initiatieven en projecten - Het actueel houden van beheergegevens in GeoVisia en het bewaken van budgetten voor beheer en onderhoud Je hoeft nog geen ervaren beheerder te zijn.
