En wil je jouw kennis inzetten binnen een GMP-productieomgeving in Nederland? Voor een farmaceutische productielocatie in de regio Veldhoven zoeken we een Validation Specialist die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en breed betrokken is bij validatieactiviteiten. Vanuit België naar Nederland werken? Dan biedt deze functie je de mogelijkheid om dicht bij de grens aan de slag te gaan binnen een compact en betrokken team. Je bewaakt de bijbehorende documentatie, beoordeelt resultaten en zorgt ervoor dat procedures en werkinstructies actueel blijven. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen binnen de productielocatie. Je krijgt veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid en krijgt de ruimte om actief mee te denken over verbeteringen binnen processen en systemen. Verantwoordelijkheden - Coördineren en plannen van verschillende validatieactiviteiten - Opstellen van validatieplannen, IQ/OQ/PQ-protocollen en rapportages - Uitvoeren en begeleiden van equipment-, process- en cleaningvalidatie - Beoordelen en documenteren van validatieresultaten - Werken met verschillende productie-installaties, zoals HVAC, autoclaven, leidingnetwerken en afvulmachines - Bewaken van validatiedocumentatie en opvolgen van openstaande acties - Up-to-date houden van procedures en werkinstructies - Signaleren van verbeterpunten en bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen - Samenwerken met collega's van onder andere productie, QA en technische afdelingen Profiel - Een afgeronde Bachelor/HBO-opleiding in Chemie, Farmacie, Chemische Technologie, Techniek, Laboratorium of een vergelijkbare richting - Minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring met validatie binnen de farmaceutische industrie - Ervaring m...
