In deze rol krijg je de kans om breed bezig te zijn met validatie binnen een GMP-productieomgeving. Je werkt in een compact en betrokken MS&T-team met korte lijnen, veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid en volop ruimte om te leren en verbeteringen aan te dragen. Functieomschrijving Als Validatie Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren, plannen, uitvoeren en rapporteren van verschillende validatieactiviteiten binnen de productielocatie. Je stelt validatieplannen en IQ/OQ/PQ-protocollen op en werkt aan onder andere equipment- en cleaningvalidatie. Je krijgt hierbij te maken met verschillende productie-installaties, zoals autoclaven, sterilisatietunnels, HVAC-systemen, leidingnetwerken, opslagtanks en afvulmachines. Daarnaast bewaak je de validatiedocumentatie, beoordeel je resultaten en zorg je ervoor dat procedures en werkinstructies up-to-date blijven. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen. Verantwoordelijkheden - Coördineren en plannen van validatieactiviteiten binnen de productielocatie - Opstellen van validatieplannen en IQ/OQ/PQ-protocollen en -rapportages - Uitvoeren en begeleiden van equipment- en cleaningvalidatie - Beoordelen en documenteren van validatieresultaten - Werken met verschillende productie-installaties, zoals HVAC, autoclaven, leidingnetwerken en afvulmachines - Bewaken van de validatiedocumentatie en opvolgen van acties - Up-to-date houden van procedures en werkinstructies - Signaleren van verbeterpunten en bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen - Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen binnen de productielocatie Profiel - Afgeronde HBO/Bachelor-opleiding richting Chemie, Farmacie, Te...
