We bieden consultancydiensten aan onze toonaangevende klanten in diverse servicegebieden zoals: Wil jij jouw expertise in GMP, validatie en steriele filtratie inzetten binnen een complexe farmaceutische productieomgeving? Als Validation Engineer werk je samen met een collega aan het verder professionaliseren van de filtervalidatie binnen de productieafdeling. Het doel is om bestaande steriele filtratiestappen te valideren en de processen in lijn te brengen met Annex 1. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met de Sub System Owner (SSO) Sterile Filtration, Quality en verschillende productieafdelingen en ben je betrokken bij het volledige traject, van planning en voorbereiding tot uitvoering en rapportage. Wat ga je doen? - Opstellen, uitvoeren en bewaken van een gedetailleerd projectplan voor filtervalidatie; - vertalen van theoretische validatieplannen naar een praktische aanpak op de productievloer; - voorbereiden, coördineren, uitvoeren en rapporteren van validatietesten; - uitvoeren van zowel paper-based assessments als fysieke validatiestudies in productieomgevingen en het process development lab; - zorgdragen voor correcte uitvoering en documentatie volgens GMP-richtlijnen; - signaleren en escaleren van technische, compliance- en planningsrisico's en deze samen met Production, Quality en de SSO oplossen; - actief identificeren van mogelijkheden om het project zowel inhoudelijk als organisatorisch te optimaliseren.
