Als Mitglied der Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsgruppe sind Sie eigenständig für die Leitung von Validierungsteams für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Prozessvalidierungs- und Continued Process Verification (CPV)-Strategien für unterschiedliche Produkte und Herstellverfahren verantwortlich. Ihre Aufgaben

* Erarbeitung der Prozess-Validierungsstrategie eines Produktes zu Sicherstellung eines reproduzierbaren Produktionsprozesses * Begleitung des Projektteams durch den gesamten Validierungszyklus * Ausarbeitung der Continued Process Verification (CPV) Strategie pro Produkt zum Beleg der Aufrechterhaltung des validierten Verfahrens anhand von statistisch ausgewerteten Prozessparametern * GMP konforme Planung von Verbesserungen/Änderungen * Sicherstellung von Compliance bzgl. Prozess-Validierung

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossenes Studium Chemie, Biotechnologie oder technische Chemie oder vergleichbare Ausbildung * Kenntnis der anzuwendenden Qualitätsstandards, der regulatorischen Anforderungen und Best Practices für Validierungen von Prozessen und CPV von Vorteil * Verständnis statistischer Methoden sowie ausgeprägte Affinität zu strukturierter Planung und nachvollziehbarer Dokumentation, GMP-Erfahrung von Vorteil * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären bzw. Matrixorganisationen * Entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
