Ben jij analytisch, technisch sterk en commercieel ingesteld? Krijg je energie van tenders winnen, klanten behouden en scherpe, rendabele offertes maken? Dan zoeken we jou als Value Analysis Manager.

In deze rol combineer je calculatie, value analysis en commerciële ondersteuning. Je bepaalt niet alleen wat een project kost, maar zoekt actief naar de beste oplossing qua prijs, productie en marge.

Je werkt nauw samen met Sales, Customer Service en Productie en ondersteunt Sales bij tenders, offertes en prijs- en klantonderhandelingen. Je denkt mee over hoe de organisatie competitief kan aanbieden zonder de rendabiliteit uit het oog te verliezen. Daarnaast stuur je het team van calculatoren in de verschillende landen en vestigingen aan.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Value Analysis Manager:

  • Calculeren en analyseren van offertes, tenders en projecten.
  • Sales ondersteunen bij tenders en commerciële onderhandelingen.
  • Zoeken naar de juiste balans tussen prijs, kost en marge.
  • Uitwerken en vergelijken van verschillende productie- en kostenscenario’s.
  • Identificeren van mogelijkheden om kosten te verlagen en marges te verbeteren.
  • Adviseren over materiaalkeuze, druktechnologie, productie en afwerking.
  • Bijdragen aan het behouden en uitbouwen van bestaande klanten.
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van calculatoren in verschillende landen/vestigingen.
  • Analyseren van calculatie- en productiegegevens en deze vertalen naar concrete verbeteringen.
  • Verder professionaliseren van onze calculatie- en value-analysis processen.

De gezochte Value Analysis Manager:

  • Heeft enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare calculatie-, analyse- of productiegerichte functie.
  • Beschikt over een goede kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Is sterk met cijfers en werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en analytisch.
  • Heeft een zeer goede kennis van Excel, ERP-systemen, calculatiesoftware en haalt vlot inzichten uit data.
  • Heeft een commerciële ingesteldheid en ziet snel waar optimalisaties en rendabiliteitsverbeteringen mogelijk zijn. Heeft interesse in productieprocessen en techniek en begrijpt hoe keuzes in materiaal, productie en technologie de kostprijs beïnvloeden.
  • Kan verschillende scenario’s analyseren en onderbouwde keuzes maken.
  • Heeft bij voorkeur ervaring in een productieomgeving en kennis van de grafische sector, drukwerk, etiketten of verpakkingen
