Bij Pringles in Mechelen werk je in een hightech productieomgeving waar techniek, machines en teamwork centraal staan. Geen saaie startersjob dus, maar meteen échte verantwoordelijkheid, opleiding en doorgroeikansen.

Wat doe je als technisch operator?

  • Stilstand van je machine probeer je te voorkomen.
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit.
  • Je kan vlot ingrijpen bij mechanische storingen: je neemt zelf het initiatief, je detecteert het probleem, en met behulp van de juiste middelen los je het mechanisch probleem zelfstandig op.
  • Op regelmatige basis voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit om zo de kwaliteit van onze chips te garanderen.
  • Ook de machineparameters controleer je om te verzekeren dat je productielijn in optimale conditie is.
  • Bij uitvoeren van je taken, geef je steeds prioriteit aan veiligheid. Dit doe je enerzijds door algemene veiligheidsprocedures plichtsbewust na te leven, anderzijds draag je zorg voor een nette en ordelijke werkomgeving.

Het is geen pure operator functie maar je zal tewerkgesteld worden als hands-on mechanische technieker.

Kortom: techniek, actie en teamwork in één job.

Wie ben jij?

Geen jaren ervaring nodig. Wel goesting om bij te leren.

  • Net afgestudeerd of klaar om binnenkort af te studeren binnen een technische richting. Flexibele opstart mogelijk. Geniet eerst nog van je zomer, reis of studentenleven.
  • Gemotiveerd om bij te leren.
  • Werken in een volcontinu 5-ploegensysteem schrikt jou niet af (dus inclusief weekend- en nachtwerk).
  • Je kan goed in teamverband werken, maar evengoed zelfstandig wanneer nodig. Aan een goede sfeer wordt enorm veel belang gehecht!
