The posting

Konvert zoekt voor een stabiel, fantastisch en bloeiend bedrijf een varken/runds-beenhouwer die op zoek is naar vaste vroege shift.

De productieafdeling bestaat uit diverse subafdelingen zoals gehaktbereidingen, vleesbereidingen, uitsnijderij, slicing, salades, keuken en interne logistiek. Je wordt tewerkgesteld in de afdeling Uitsnijderij. Hier sta je in voor het versnijden en verwerken van varkens en/of rundsvlees.

  • Kwaliteit en hygiëne draag je hoog in het vaandel. Je doet er alles aan zodat de werkwijze en de eindproducten aan de hoogste normen voldoen.
  • Veiligheid is voor al onze medewerkers van het hoogste belang, ook daar leef je de voorschriften ten allen tijde correct na.
  • Meat&More is een sterk geautomatiseerd bedrijf, alle processen worden ingegeven; je werkt hieraan mee.
  • Tracering is een ketting doorheen de ganse firma, alle gegevens correct ingeven is bijzonder belangrijk.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een vaste vroege ploeg
  • Ervaring met versnijden van varkens en rundsvlees is een vereiste.
  • Drukke periodes hebben geen invloed op jouw afgeleverd werk, je bent stressbestendig.
  • Je streeft er naar om een topproduct te maken.
  • Fysiek werk schrikt je niet af.
  • Je bent een teamplayer met een open ingesteldheid.
  • Je werkt in functie van de waarden en visie van de firma.
