Als portefeuille administrateur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig voeren van de administratie voor meerdere eigenaren.

Werkzaamheden:

Debiteurenbeheer * Crediteurenbeheer * Verwerken dagafschriften Invoeren huurovereenkomsten Doorvoeren mutaties in huurovereenkomsten Het opstellen en indienen van BTW aangiftes Opstellen van maandelijkse/kwartaal rapportages Opstellen en versturen afrekening servicekosten Aanspreekpunt van huurders en externe dienstverleners Het verder professionaliseren en optimaliseren van de in gebruikt zijnde (vastgoed gerelateerde) applicaties, ook in samenwerking met commercieel en technisch beheer

*Dit zijn aparte afdelingen, echter ben je wel onderdeel in het proces.

Wij vragen: - Relevante afgeronde opleiding op minimaal MBO niveau 4/HBO - In staat om zelfstandig te kunnen werken - Stressbestendig - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk (Nederlands en Engels) - Ruime ervaring met MS Office is vereist, bekendheid met de vastgoedapplicatie REMS vormt daarbij een pré - Een flexibele en klantgerichte instelling, een collegiale houding, doorzettingsvermogen en een juiste werkmentaliteit is onmisbaar - Kerncompetenties: hands-on, inlevingsvermogen, oplossingsgericht en pro actief
