Wat ga je doen Als vastgoedbeheerder ben jij de centrale schakel tussen huurders, vastgoedeigenaren en externe onderhoudspartners. Ongeveer 70% van je tijd werk je vanuit het kantoor in Bergen op Zoom: je beantwoordt vragen, plant en bewaakt (periodiek) onderhoud, vraagt offertes op en verwerkt administratie.

De overige 30% van de week ben je op pad naar de verschillende panden. Je voert preventieve en periodieke inspecties uit, brengt de kwaliteit in kaart en begeleidt de begin- en eindinspecties bij huurderwisselingen. Van het plannen van een reparatie tot het opleveren van een woning: jij regelt het.
