Binnen het Technisch Cluster komen dagelijks meldingen, storingen, werkorders, leveranciersafspraken en gebruikersvragen samen; hiervoor is tijdelijke operationele ondersteuning nodig om de beheerketen soepel te laten verlopen. Het doel is technisch managers ruimte te geven voor projectleiding, planmatig onderhoud, verduurzamingsopgaven, contractsturing, budgetbewaking en inhoudelijke kwaliteitscontrole; de opdracht loopt tot 28 februari 2027 met mogelijkheid tot verlenging. De professional ondersteunt en coördineert de dagelijkse onderhoudsorganisatie: beheren van het meldpunt vastgoed, beoordelen en registreren van storingen, uitzetten en bewaken van werkorders en vastleggen in het vastgoedbeheersysteem Axxerion. Daarnaast verzorgt de rol factuurverwerking en administratieve afhandeling, stemt werkzaamheden af met leveranciers, gebruikers en beheerders, controleert de uitvoering door externe partijen en levert volledige rapportages, inspecties en bewijsstukken. Vereist profiel - Praktisch en proactief: neemt eigenaarschap van operationele taken en initieert vervolgacties. - Digitale vaardigheid: ervaring met onderhouds- en vastgoedbeheersystemen (bij voorkeur Axxerion) en vaardig in registraties, rapportages en digitale communicatie. - Kennis en affiniteit met bouwkundig onderhoud en onderhoudskwaliteit; bekendheid met NEN 2767 is een sterke pré. - Organisatorisch vermogen en nauwkeurigheid: kan werkorderprocessen, planning en administratieve afhandeling overzichtelijk en volledig organiseren. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden: schakelt effectief met techn...
