Het start bij SRO, wanneer start jij? Vacature details Solliciteren Als vastgoedbeheerder van de huurcontracten van ons gemeentelijk vastgoed is geen dag hetzelfde. Van opleveringen bij maatschappelijke voorzieningen tot het adviseren over verhuur en contracten: je schakelt continu tussen locaties, vraagstukken en mensen. Wat ga je doen? In deze afwisselende en zelfstandige functie ben je ongeveer 70% op kantoor en 30% op locatie. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gemeenten, huurders, gebruikers en de collega's van vastgoed. Je schakelt de juiste collega's in bij verbouwingsplannen en verduurzamingsplannen. Je draagt zorg voor vermindering van leegstand en van niet courant vastgoed en je realiseert optimale verhuur binnen je portefeuille door de rol van verhurend makelaar te vervullen. De portefeuille is uiteenlopend; van wijkcentra, kinderdagverblijven, bibliotheken en zorglocaties tot monumenten. Verder houd je je bezig met juridische vastgoedtaken zoals het afsluiten van gebruikers- en huurovereenkomsten. Huurverlengingen en opzeggingen leg je vast en je zorgt dat alles juridisch gezien klopt. Daarnaast regel je een aantal administratieve zaken, denk aan debiteurenbewaking bij betalingsachterstanden en het uitwerken van verdeelsleutels van servicekosten. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële verantwoording van de exploitatie per object. Wat bieden wij jou?
