Onze klant is een Belgische investeringsgroep met focus op toekomstgerichte woonconcepten en duurzaam rendement.

Heb je een neus voor vastgoed én hou je ervan om de touwtjes stevig in handen te nemen? In deze rol beheer je een diverse portefeuille van studentenkoten en residentieel vastgoed; met zowel operationele als strategische verantwoordelijkheden.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor huurders, leveranciers en collega’s, en zorgt ervoor dat alles loopt zoals het moet: van kleine herstelling tot langetermijnstrategie.

Wat je doet Je staat in voor het dagelijks beheer én denkt mee op strategisch niveau. Je coördineert alles van A tot Z, en dat betekent:

  • Verhuur opvolgen: van huurcontract tot plaatsbeschrijving en indexatie
  • Technische partners aansturen en onderhouden inplannen
  • Herstellingen en onderhoudswerken opvolgen
  • Toezien op wettelijke verplichtingen (zoals EPC, elektriciteit, asbest)
  • Communicatie met syndici, notarissen en overheidsinstanties
  • Budgetten opmaken, beheren en rapporteren
  • Directie ondersteunen bij investeringsanalyses

Je bent een geboren organisator met een passie voor vastgoed. Je houdt van structuur, communiceert helder en kan zelfstandig schakelen waar nodig.

Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in vastgoedbeheer Kennis van huurwetgeving en gebouwtechnieken Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt het hoofd koel Discreet, klantgericht en zelfstandig Sterk met digitale tools (Excel, vastgoedsoftware, mailbeheer) Kennis van Odoo? Mooie extra! Nederlands vlot – Frans of Engels is een plus
