LIV@HOME is een professioneel en groeiend landmeet- en vastgoedkantoor in de regio Putte/Sint-Katelijne-Waver. Wij begeleiden onze klanten van opmeting en verkaveling tot deskundig advies en bieden ondersteuning bij aankoop en verkoop. Wij hanteren een persoonlijke aanpak, ondersteund door brede vakkennis (juridisch, stedenbouwkundig, fiscaal en commercieel). Zo houden we alles in eigen beheer en heeft u één vast aanspreekpunt.

Functie:

Als vastgoedmakelaar begeleid je klanten bij de aankoop, verkoop en verhuur van vastgoed van A tot Z. Je bouwt duurzame relaties op en zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich tijdens het hele proces gehoord en ondersteund voelen. Met een persoonlijke en zorgzame aanpak bied je houvast in vaak belangrijke beslissingen en zorg je voor een transparante en betrouwbare begeleiding.

  • Je bent in het bezit van Bachelor Vastgoed of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je bent perfect Nederlandstalig: zowel schriftelijk als mondeling (kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een pluspunt)
  • Uitvoeren van intakegesprekken, prospecties, bezichtigingen, samenstellen van verkoopdossiers, onderhandelen en begeleiden van de (ver)kopers bij de ondertekening van overeenkomsten. Je begeleidt (ver)kopers dus gedurende het ganse aan-en verkoopproces;
  • Je kan zelfstandig en nauwkeurig werken, bent zeer communicatief en positief ingesteld en staat met een gezonde dosis ambitie in het leven.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Office-software en bent een administratieve duizendpoot.
  • Je houdt van een gevarieerde job; zowel op de baan als op kantoor en bent graag onder de mensen.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent flexibel en bepaalt volgens de nodige prioriteiten jouw agenda.
