Jouw uitdaging als Vastgoedconsulent Inkoper

Je komt terecht bij een gevestigde speler binnen het residentieel vastgoed met een uitgebreid netwerk van kantoren. Achter de schermen staan marketing, administratie en juridische ondersteuning voor je klaar, zodat jij je kunt focussen op wat je het liefst doet: nieuwe opportuniteiten ontdekken en eigenaars overtuigen.

Als Vastgoedconsulent Inkoper maak jij het verschil.

  • Jij gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe woningen en bouwt stap voor stap jouw eigen vastgoedportefeuille uit.
  • Je bezoekt eigenaars, voert waardebepalingen uit en geeft professioneel advies over de verkoopmogelijkheden van hun woning.
  • Je bouwt vertrouwen op en weet verkoopopdrachten succesvol binnen te halen.
  • Dankzij jouw commerciële aanpak ontstaan langdurige klantenrelaties én nieuwe opportuniteiten.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar kan rekenen op een ervaren team dat je ondersteunt wanneer nodig.

Wie wacht tot de telefoon rinkelt, loopt de mooiste opportuniteiten mis.

Je houdt ervan om mensen te ontmoeten en krijgt energie van gesprekken die leiden tot resultaat. Je ziet kansen waar anderen voorbijlopen en durft initiatief te nemen. Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar weet ook wanneer je collega's kunt inschakelen om samen het beste resultaat te bereiken. Ervaring in vastgoed is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral jouw commerciële ingesteldheid en overtuigingskracht maken het verschil.

Must-haves

  • Je hebt ervaring als vastgoedconsulent, vastgoedmakelaar of een relevante opleiding.
  • Je bent commercieel sterk en legt vlot nieuwe contacten.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent bereid om ook 's avonds en op zaterdag afspraken in te plannen.

Nice to have

  • Een BIV-erkenning of de ambitie om dit traject te volgen.
  • Ervaring met prospectie of het uitbouwen van een klantenportefeuille.
  • Een opleiding vastgoed, rechtspraktijk of notariaat.
