Ben jij commercieel ingesteld, communicatief sterk en heb je een passie voor de kantorenmarkt in het vastgoed? Dan ben jij misschien de B2B vastgoedconsultant die wij zoeken voor de regio Brussel. Als vastgoedconsultant werk je nauw samen met professionele klanten en ondernemers. Je analyseert hun vastgoedbehoeften en begeleidt hen in het volledige traject van aankoop, verkoop of verhuur van kantoren. Dankzij jouw commerciële flair en mensenkennis weet je snel vertrouwen op te bouwen en langdurige relaties te creëren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden • Opvolgen bestaande portefeuille van B2B-klanten binnen de ruime regio Brussel

• Analyseren van vastgoedbehoeften en voorstellen van geschikte oplossingen

• Begeleiden van klanten bij bezichtigingen, onderhandelingen en contractafhandeling

• Actief beheren van je vastgoedportefeuille en soms prospecteren naar nieuwe dossiers

• Samenwerken met externe partners, enthousiaste collega’s en ondersteund worden door de back office voor een vlotte dossieropvolging

• Marktanalyse en kennisdeling binnen het team

Jouw profiel • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma

• Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante beroepservaring

• Je bent commercieel ingesteld en denkt oplossingsgericht

• Je hebt een sterke interesse in vastgoed

• Je communiceert klantvriendelijk, zakelijk én discreet

• Je bent stressbestendig, diplomatisch en professioneel in je aanpak

• Je beschikt over een gezonde dosis mensenkennis en overtuigingskracht
