Voor de uitbreiding van ons PANORAMA B2B TOP TEAM zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste makelaar met een focus op succes.

Je zal een bestaande kantorenportefeuille overnemen in Antwerpen (centrum en periferie) en d.m.v. prospectie verder uitbreiden. Hierbij kom je in contact met een divers cliënteel van vastgoedeigenaren. Met hen zal je overleggen om zo een succesvolle verkoop of verhuur van hun kantoorruimte te realiseren. Daarnaast ondersteun je bedrijven bij hun zoektocht naar een nieuw kantoor en begeleid je hen gedurende het volledige proces. Dit is onder meer door de plaatsbezoeken in goede banen te leiden, te bemiddelen tussen huurder & verhuurder of koper & verkoper en verkoop- of huurovereenkomsten af te sluiten. Hierbij word je waar nodig ondersteund door de back office van Panorama B2B.

Je maakt het verschil door de noden van de klant goed aan te voelen en kwalitatieve dossiers op te bouwen van leuke gebouwen.
