Je voert plaatsbeschrijvingen, schattingen en expertises uit voor notarissen, makelaars, banken en particulieren. Dankzij een intensief opleidingstraject groei je uit tot een volwaardig expert die zelfstandig dossiers beheert en professioneel adviseert. De functie inhoud In deze rol als Commerciële Vastgoedexpert regio Brugge combineer je commercieel talent met technische nauwkeurigheid:

  • Je voert plaatsbeschrijvingen uit met ondersteuning van de voorziene tools
  • Schattingen en expertises voorbereiden, uitvoeren en rapporteren
  • Je zorgt voor duidelijke, objectieve communicatie met notarissen, makelaars, banken en particuliers
  • Dossiers zelfstandig opvolgen via het interne softwaresysteem
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten detecteren en extra opdrachten aanbrengen

Nieuwe medewerkers krijgen een interne opleiding van enkele maanden, inclusief een meter- of petertraject, zodat je de processen, methodes en kwaliteitsstandaarden volledig onder de knie krijgt.

Het kantoor werkt met een eigen gemoderniseerd softwaresysteem dat planning, facturatie, CRM, communicatie en dossierbeheer in één platform bundelt. Dankzij de geïntegreerde AI-tools wordt administratie tot een minimum beperkt, waardoor er vooral kan worden gefocust op terreinwerk en klantencontact.
