(Junior) vastgoedinspecteur De Technische Detacheerder - Amsterdam Vandaag Junior Vastgoedinspecteur gezocht! Wat ga je doen als vastgoedinspecteur? Je adviseert onze klanten over het onderhoud van hun vastgoed. Dit doe je door het vastgoed visueel te inspecteren en te bekijken vanuit een toekomstgerichte blik. Je inventariseert alle zaken die een rol spelen bij het onderhouden en financieel in goede staat houden van het pand en verwerkt dit in een MeerJarenOnderhoudsPlan (MJOP). Je hebt veel contact met klanten, daarin is een open en adviserende houding belangrijk. Het DNA van onze opdrachtgever Groen, verduurzaming, zorg voor milieu en klimaat. Je hoort het tegenwoordig overal. Voor onze opdrachtgever betekent dit dat we zuinig omgaan met de ons beschikbare middelen. Dit doen we met elkaar, door elkaar te motiveren, inspireren en feedback te geven. Zo staan we sterk als team en als bedrijf. Onze opdrachtgever is een jonge organisatie en nog niet alles staat vast. Verder besteden we veel aandacht aan jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling; je krijgt een werkplek en opleiding waarin jij jezelf kunt ontwikkelen en kunt (door)groeien. De werkomgeving We bieden je een afwisselende baan waarin je inspecties op locatie afwisselt met planningen maken op kantoor. Tijdens je inspecties kom je bij verschillende panden, groot en klein, jong en oud. Veel panden staan in de hoek Amsterdam, Den Haag, Utrecht, maar ook daarbuiten. Zo kom je steeds op verschillende plekken en is geen één inspectie hetzelfde. Je bureau staat in een modern kantoor waar we veel aandacht aan hebben besteed: veel groen, een pingpong tafel en zelfs een schommel, van waaruit je van het uitzicht kunt genieten.
