The posting

Onze klant is een gerenommeerd vastgoedkantoor met verschillende vestigingen in West-Vlaanderen. Bestaande uit drie grote luiken omvatten ze de kern van de vastgoed : residentieel vastgoed, bedrijfsvastgoed en beheer van gebouwen.

Op het hoofdkantoor te Brugge werken 4 bedienden en een 4-tal zelfstandige makelaars. Samen vormen ze een zeer hecht team die open staat voor af en toe een prank. Humor is er zeer belangrijk, zeker op de terugkerende apéro op vrijdag. Het team viert alle belangrijke gebeurtenissen en grote successen samen (bv. verjaardagen, verkoop van een pand, een persoonlijk sales-record...).Hun motto is dan ook 'work hard, play hard'.

Dit motto wordt dan ook hoog in het vaandel gedragen bij de twee zaakvoerders. Deze zijn zeer toegankelijk en vinden wederzijds respect zeer belangrijk. Ze hanteren een open deur beleid en staan ook in voor de opleiding van nieuwe medewerkers. Gezien de stevige ambitie van deze zaakvoerders, is het kantoor ook enorm gegroeid.

Jobomschrijving

Voor de functie als Vastgoedconsultant B2B Invest zal je een bestaande kantorenportefeuille overnemen voor Vlaanderen en door middel van prospectie nieuwe klanten aantrekken.

  • Bestaande portefeuille van B2B-klanten opvolgen
  • Analyseren van vastgoedbehoeften en voorstellen van geschikte oplossingen
  • Begeleiden van klanten bij bezichtigingen, onderhandelingen en contractafhandeling
  • Samenwerken met externe partners, enthousiaste collega’s en ondersteund worden door de back office voor een vlotte dossieropvolging
  • Actief beheren van je vastgoedportefeuille en soms prospecteren
  • Marktanalyse en kennisdeling binnen het team

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie als Vastgoedconsultant B2B invest zijn wij opzoek naar:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante beroepservaring
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in vastgoed, meer specifiek de investtak
  • Je communiceert klantvriendelijk, zakelijk én discreet
  • Je bent stressbestendig, diplomatisch en professioneel in je aanpak
  • Je beschikt over een gezonde dosis mensenkennis en overtuigingskracht
