Jobomschrijving

Voor de vacature vastgoedmakelaar ben je de commerciële collega voor de regio Waregem. (inkoop & verkoop)

  • Beheren en uitbreiden van de klantenportefeuille
  • Voeren van nauwkeurige administratie voor aankoop- en verkoopdossiers
  • Faciliteren van zowel inkoop als verkoop van residentieel en commercieel vastgoed
  • Actieve prospectie, telefonisch als op baan
  • Begeleiden van cliënten gedurende het gehele verkoopproces, van bezichtiging tot notariële akte

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de job vastgoedmakelaar heb je onderstaande skills:

  • Sterk commercieel inzicht gecombineerd met een passie voor vastgoed
  • Stabiele ervaring in verkoop of een soortgelijke functie binnen de vastgoedsector
  • Uitmuntende onderhandelingsvaardigheden en plezier halen uit het sluiten van deals
  • Bekwaamheid in netwerken en een proactieve bijdrage aan het team
  • In het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B
