Ben je een zelfstandig vastgoedmakelaar met een geldig BIV-nummer en zoek je een omgeving waarin je sneller kan groeien zonder alles alleen te moeten opbouwen?

Voor een financieel sterke groep met een gevestigde naam in Brugge en omstreken zoeken we discreet een zelfstandig vastgoedmakelaar. Je werkt binnen een nieuwe vastgoedvennootschap en profiteert van een sterke wisselwerking tussen vastgoed, bank en verzekeringen.

Je krijgt de vrijheid van het zelfstandig ondernemerschap, maar niet de eenzaamheid van “zoek het maar uit”. Een zeldzaam aangename combinatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Als zelfstandig vastgoedmakelaar bouw je de vastgoedtak mee uit van bij de start.

Concreet zal je:

  • nieuwe vastgoedopdrachten prospecteren;
  • eigenaars adviseren over verkoop en verhuur;
  • panden correct inschatten en in de markt plaatsen;
  • bezoeken organiseren en kandidaat-kopers of huurders begeleiden;
  • onderhandelingen voeren en dossiers opvolgen;
  • je eigen klantenportefeuille en netwerk verder uitbouwen;
  • commerciële opportuniteiten binnen de groep benutten;
  • samenwerken met collega’s uit bank en verzekeringen;
  • de nieuwe vastgoedvennootschap mee zichtbaar maken in de regio.

Je krijgt veel vrijheid om je eigen aanpak te bepalen, zolang je professioneel, transparant en resultaatgericht werkt.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken een ondernemende vastgoedprofessional die zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook de meerwaarde ziet van samenwerking binnen een bredere financiële groep.

Daarnaast:

  • beschik je over een geldig BIV-nummer;
  • heb je minstens drie jaar relevante ervaring als vastgoedmakelaar;
  • ken je de vastgoedmarkt en bij voorkeur ook de regio Brugge;
  • kan je zelfstandig prospecteren en dossiers uitbouwen;
  • ben je commercieel sterk en relationeel vaardig;
  • communiceer je professioneel en overtuigend;
  • werk je correct, transparant en klantgericht;
  • zie je kansen in de combinatie van vastgoed, bank en verzekeringen.
