Wat ga je doen?

  • Bedrijven helpen bij het vinden van de juiste locatie: kopen, huren, verkopen of verhuren van kantoren of industriële gebouwen.
  • Behoeften van klanten begrijpen en omzetten naar concrete vastgoedoplossingen.
  • Zelf verantwoordelijk voor schattingen, onderhandelingen en het volledig opvolgen van dossiers.
  • Bestaande contacten onderhouden en actief nieuwe relaties opbouwen in jouw regio.
  • Samenwerken met het interne salesteam, met ondersteuning bij marketing en commerciële acties.

Profiel

Wie ben jij?

  • Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring als sterke basis voor deze rol.
  • Commercieel ingesteld met een neus voor nieuwe kansen.
  • Cijfers zijn voor jou geen probleem; je werkt er graag mee.
  • Vlot in Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Sterk in onderhandelen; overtuigt op een natuurlijke manier.
  • Zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en durft beslissingen te maken.
  • Energiek, doelgericht en durf tonen in je aanpak.
  • Volhardend en resultaatgericht, ook bij langere trajecten.
