Binnen de vastgoedmarkt van Deinze wordt gezocht naar een vastgoedmakelaar inkoop en verkoop met sterke commerciële feeling en diepgaande kennis van de lokale markt.

De functie richt zich op residentieel en commercieel vastgoed, waarbij aankoop- en verkoopdossiers van A tot Z worden begeleid. Relatieopbouw, marktanalyse en onderhandelingen vormen de kern van deze rol, met directe impact op succesvolle vastgoedtransacties in de regio.

Wat ga je doen: - Actief uitbouwen en onderhouden van een klantenportefeuille in de regio Deinze en Gent. - Prospecteren naar nieuwe verkoop- en aankoopopportuniteiten binnen residentieel en commercieel vastgoed. - Organiseren en begeleiden van vastgoedbezoeken met potentiële kopers en verkopers. - Voeren van onderhandelingen en begeleiden van klanten naar een correcte en sluitende verkoopovereenkomst. - Opvolgen van dossiers van eerste contact tot ondertekening van de notariële akte. - Samenwerken met interne collega’s en externe partners om dossiers correct en efficiënt af te handelen. Ervaring in vastgoed, sales of een commerciële functie is een sterke troef. Geen specifieke diplomavereiste; praktijkervaring en commerciële drive wegen zwaarder. Bereidheid om opleidingen en bijscholingen binnen vastgoedsector te volgen. Sterk commercieel profiel met aantoonbare interesse in vastgoed en vastgoedtransacties. Spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan zich zelfstandig uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels. Resultaatgericht ingesteld met een vlotte en overtuigende communicatiestijl. Zelfstandig werkend met een duidelijke teamgerichte mindset. Flexibel in planning en beschikbaarheid, met focus op klantgericht werken. Representatief, betrouwbaar en sterk in het opbouwen van lange termijnrelaties. In het bezit van een rijbewijs B en actief inzetbaar in de regio Deinze.
