Bij Fluo kom je terecht in een jong en ambitieus team, samen met Thibaut (bestuurder) en Marie (verhuur). Geen dag is hetzelfde: het ene moment zit je op kantoor, het andere moment ben je op de baan, prospecterend of een pand bezichtigend. Hier kan je écht impact maken, je netwerk uitbouwen en mee groeien met een kantoor dat volop in ontwikkeling is.

Jouw rol Als Vastgoedadviseur Inkoop & Verkoop ben jij de spil in het inkoop‑ en verkoopproces van onze panden. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om je werkdag zelf in te delen en je eigen aanpak te bepalen.

  • Prospecteren en leads opvolgen Actieve zoektocht naar panden en klanten via websites of bestaande contacten.
  • Administratieve opvolging Dossiers en afspraken bijhouden, zowel op kantoor als op locatie.
  • Netwerk opbouwen en onderhouden Relaties opbouwen, onderhouden en versterken in regio West‑Vlaanderen.
  • Klanten begeleiden van A tot Z Advies en begeleiding bij aankoop of verkoop van hun panden, met oog voor service en resultaat.

  • Ervaring als vastgoedmakelaar
  • Zelfstandig en hands-on
  • BIV‑nummer of relevante opleiding
  • Vloeiend Nederlands, Frans/Engels een plus
