Als vastgoedmakelaar verkoop en verhuur ben je actief in de ruime regio Antwerpen en begeleid je klanten professioneel van eerste contact tot ondertekening van het contract. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid, vrijheid en ondersteuning binnen een dynamisch en enthousiast team.

Jouw functie

  • Je voert schattingen uit van residentiële panden
  • Je gaat actief op prospectie en bouwt je eigen klantenportefeuille uit
  • Je stelt volledige verkoop- en verhuurdossiers op
  • Je begeleidt eigenaars, kandidaat-kopers en huurders doorheen het volledige traject
  • Je organiseert en begeleidt plaatsbezoeken
  • Je werkt nauw samen met onze administratieve collega’s voor een vlotte opvolging van elk dossier
  • Je bouwt mee aan de verdere groei van ons kantoor

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en klantgericht
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief
  • Je hebt interesse in vastgoed en houdt van sociaal contact
  • Ervaring in vastgoed is een pluspunt, maar motivatie en inzet zijn minstens even belangrijk
  • Een BIV-nummer is een meerwaarde

Je bent commercieel ingesteld;

Je hebt minstens een eerste relevante ervaring in de vastgoedsector;

Je hebt relevante opleidingen gevolgd;

Je bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken;

Je bent klantgericht, enthousiast en gemotiveerd om met mensen om te gaan;

Je bent resultaatgericht.
