Als vastgoedmakelaar bij Dewaele bouw je als lokale ondernemer actief jouw netwerk en vastgoedportefeuille uit in de regio Mechelen. Je creëert zelf commerciële opportuniteiten, legt contacten met eigenaars en weet hen met jouw marktkennis, vastgoedexpertise en persoonlijke aanpak te overtuigen. Je beheert jouw dossiers van A tot Z: van prospectie en intake tot advies, bezoeken, onderhandelingen en de uiteindelijke verkoop. Daarbij neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw resultaten én voor een professionele begeleiding van kandidaat-kopers en verkopers. Je maakt deel uit van een sterk lokaal team en kan rekenen op de merkbekendheid, expertise, technologie en ondersteuning van de volledige Dewaele Vastgoedgroep. Zo krijg je alle ruimte om lokaal te ondernemen binnen een duidelijk en professioneel kader.

Praktisch.

Je beschikt idealiter over een bachelor vastgoed, immobiliën en verzekeringen, rechtspraktijk of een gelijkaardige opleiding. Een eerste stage- of werkervaring in vastgoed is een pluspunt, maar minstens even belangrijk zijn jouw commerciële ingesteldheid, ondernemerschap en gedrevenheid om zelf kansen te creëren. Je legt vlot nieuwe contacten, bouwt duurzame relaties op en krijgt energie van prospectie, klanten overtuigen en resultaten realiseren. Je combineert commerciële flair met een persoonlijke en professionele begeleiding van iedere klant. Ook wanneer niet elke opportuniteit onmiddellijk resultaat oplevert, blijf je volhouden en gericht opvolgen. Regio Mechelen is jou vertrouwd of je bent sterk gemotiveerd om er een lokaal netwerk uit te bouwen. Je ziet het potentieel van de regio en wil dit samen met jouw collega’s verder ontwikkelen.
